Main FAQ Sections
General & Booking
Q: What is the difference between studio and mobile sessions?
A: Studio sessions are $225. Mobile sessions (at your home or office) are $300 and include travel within the Twin Cities metro. Both are full 90-minute therapeutic sessions.
Q: How do I book a session?
A: You can book instantly online through our calendar, or reach out via phone/text/email. New clients often start with a single 90-minute session.
Q: Do you offer 60-minute sessions?
A: No. We specialize in 90-minute sessions only. This length allows for deeper, more effective work and better long-term results.
Services & Auto Injury
Q: What is your Auto Injury Recovery Protocol?
A: It is a structured 12-session program using 90-minute sessions. We bill insurance (MN No-Fault / PIP) at $300–$350 per session and guide you through the process. Most clients transition into memberships afterward for continued care.
Q: Is sports massage good for athletes?
A: Yes. Our 90-minute sessions and AimUp Framework are specifically designed for high-performers and those aspiring to become them — whether you’re a runner, weekend warrior, or executive who trains hard.
Memberships & Pricing
Q: What’s included in a membership?
A: All memberships include 90-minute sessions (studio or mobile), Body Chain Map tracking, the 2-Massage Protocol, workbook, devotional cards, and priority scheduling. You also choose either Next Gen or Legacy cohort.
Q: Can I mix studio and mobile sessions?
A: Yes. You can choose studio or mobile for each visit.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: We offer flexible rescheduling with 24-hour notice. Memberships can be paused if needed.
Cohorts
Q: What is the difference between Next Gen and Legacy cohorts?
A:
-
Next Gen (Rising Edge) – For ages 13–34 building elite habits early.
-
Legacy (Driven Steward) – For ages 35+ or long-term clients focused on sustained performance and generational impact.
Both use the same core services — cohorts simply add tailored community and self-care support.
Grand Slam Vault
Q: What is the Grand Slam Vault?
A: A limited Founding Member program (25 spots) with a one-time $24,997 investment. Includes unlimited 90-minute sessions with Teddy, monthly 1:1 calls, and lifetime access. After year one, renew annually for $5,997 or monthly for $597.
Q: Is the Vault worth it?
A: For high-performers who want unlimited access and personalized stewardship, yes. Many see it as their most important investment in long-term health and performance.
Corporate Wellness
Q: Do you offer corporate programs?
A: Yes. We provide flexible chair massage events (20-minute sessions) and annual wellness packages starting at $9,600 for teams of 10.
Faith & Philosophy
Q: Is faith part of every session?
A: No. It is never pushed. Many clients appreciate the deeper stewardship conversation, while others keep sessions purely physical. We meet you where you are.
Q: What does “steward your body” mean?
A: It’s based on 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 — treating your body with care, discipline, and purpose so you can fulfill your calling with strength and longevity.
Practical Questions
Q: How often should I come?
A: Most high-performers do best with the 2-Massage Protocol (every 7–10 days). Memberships make this easy and affordable.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Athletic or comfortable clothing. You will be draped professionally during the session.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes for Auto Injury (MN No-Fault). We help with billing and documentation. Regular sessions are cash-pay or through memberships.
